Woodland Biofuels Inc.,  previously Woodland Chemical Systems Inc., is a federally-incorporated Canadian company that has made impressive breakthroughs in the areas of energy, environment, and waste disposal.  Our patented technology efficiently converts wood and agricultural waste into cellulosic ethanol, a fully renewable energy resource, produced from non food materials.  

We don't use food crops as feedstock.

Our plants can convert virtually all forms of biomass, biosolids (sewage in various forms) and other renewable resources into ethanol and other fuels, industrial chemicals, electrical energy, and, of growing importance in many regions of our crowded world, pure, reformulated water.  Unlike other processes, Woodland's plants can ensure consistent, high quality, low-cost output. We take pride in stressing that our processes are not only pollution-free but can generate significant quantities of emission credits.

We build and sell plants that make use of our cutting edge, patented technologies to convert renewable waste materials into fuels and chemicals - highly profitably and environmentally safely. Our conversion plants generate substantial returns from the sale of the products they produce, for each of which there is a large and growing world demand.

We sell our plants on a turnkey basis, turning them over following commissioning.  Our Engineering Partner is Thermo Design Engineering (TDE) of Edmonton Alberta , whose large team of professional engineers has built chemical and petrochemical plants worldwide for more than 25 years. TDE will fabricate the waste conversion plants to the highest industry standards and will guarantee construction cost and that each system component performs to the specifications agreed with the customer during the initial Design Process & Engineering (DPE) phase.
