Woodland provides ideal solutions for many industries and government sectors. Our patented CPR™ offers environmentally safe processing and conversion of essentially all forms of biomass and other renewable resources. Since, therefore, our plants can utilize as feedstock all forms of plant derived material, organic materials such as plastics, and human or animal waste, we can serve a wide variety of customers. For example:
- The Entire Wood Industry
- Forestry, milling, wood processing
- Pulp and paper sludge
We process all forms of wood, including:
- commercial logging or forest management (silviculture) residue,
- mill residue from all softwood and hardwood operations, residue from pallets,
- dimensional lumber, construction wood, demolition wood, engineered wood products;
- urban wood waste collected from households and classified as municipal waste;
- coated wood product residues manufactured with resins, glues, binders, and wood impregnated with preservatives; beetle-infested wood;
- Wastewater Treatment Industry
- Sewage sludge
We process all forms of sewage sludge, including:
- biosolids "cake", processed to contain ~ 20% solids;
- raw sewage containing 3% solids;
- dry biosolids pellets.
- Municipal Solid Waste Processors
- Organic components of MSW
- Agricultural Industry
- Crop & Factory Farm residues
- Energy Industry
- Green Power from Renewable Resources
Who Needs a Woodland Plant?
A plant purchaser typically has large quantities of unused biomass, including wood and agricultural residues: These residues can be wood waste from logging, milling or product manufacturing, stockpiles of old chips, sawdust or bark, agricultural residues or waste, including corn stover or straw. In addition, municipalities or industrial farms with large amounts of biosolids, dewatered or un-dewatered or even raw sewage can provide feedstock for a Woodland plant. Alternatively, supplies of organic materials, including sludge from pulp processes can provide adequate amounts of feedstock.
