Woodland CEO to join senior energy decision-makers from around the globe
We are delighted to announce that tomorrow the CEO of Woodland Biofuels, Greg Nuttall, will join senior energy decision-makers from around the globe for the IEA Energy Innovation Forum (IEA Energy Innovation Forum 2025 - Event - IEA). The Forum s being co-hosted by the IEA and the Government of Canada on 29 October 2025, the day prior to the G7 Energy and Environment Ministers’ Meeting in Toronto.
Energy technologies are evolving rapidly and the landscape is changing fast. New challenges have arisen, including successfully globalizing the production of carbon negative fuels, something Woodland is playing a leading role in implementing. It is more important than ever to keep up with multiple technological frontiers and identify where investment and support can make the biggest difference.
The Forum will bring together senior decision-makers to discuss the most pressing energy innovation challenges and examine the solutions available to address them. Leaders and practitioners from the public and private sectors will discuss vital topics such as: technologies for carbon dioxide removal; how innovation can address pressing energy security needs around the world; how AI can accelerate innovation; and advancements that can support battery mineral security.
