Greg Nuttall President and CEO
Greg Nuttall is one of the founding CEO’s of the world’s waste-to-fuel industry. Prior to becoming CEO of Woodland, Greg was a partner at Rubicon Investment Group, a merchant bank focused on accelerating the growth of the companies it acquires and invests in.

William White Chief Operating Officer
Prior to joining Woodland Biofuels William White was the President of DuPont Canada and had an over 30 year career with the global DuPont company in Operations, Marketing, Engineering and leadership of global business units.
Chris Jamieson Chief Financial Officer
Chris Jamieson has extensive experience in finance, operations and banking. His background includes 15 years experience as a CFO of both public and early stage private companies, including roles as CFO of Union Energy and Denison Energy.

Joel T. Kissack General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Joel Kissack was a senior partner at Davies, Ward and Beck, where over 14 years he practiced corporate/securities, antitrust/competition, and information technology law.

Gary Van Nest Chairman
In addition to his role at Woodland, Gary Van Nest is President of Sinalta Investments Ltd., an investment and management consulting company. Gary has over 40 years of experience in the merchant banking and investment management businesses.

Thomas Allen Q.C., Director
Tom Allen is counsel to Norton Rose Fulbright, and is considered to be one of Canada's top corporate governance experts.
Andrew Heintzman Observer
Andrew Heintzman is President and co-founder of Investeco Capital. Andrew was the Chair of the Premier's Climate Change Advisory Panel for the Province of Ontario from 2008 to 2012, and is currently a member of Ontario's Clean Energy Task Force.
David Hennigar Director
David Hennigar is Executive Chairman of Thornridge Holdings Limited and Vice-Chairman/Lead Director of Highliner Foods Inc. Previously David was Chairman of Extendicare Inc., Chairman of Assisted Living Concepts Inc., Vice Chairman of Crown Life Insurance Co., and lead director of Crombie REIT.
David LeGresley Director
David LeGresley is Chairman of Equitable Bank and a member of the board of directors of Pembina Pipeline Corporation. He is a former executive of National Bank Financial and spent 12 years with that company, most recently serving as Vice Chairman from 2006 to 2008.

Brian Mixer is an investment director at Middleland Capital. Brian works with technology companies in the food, agriculture and sustainability sectors.
